How to remove music from a song and keep the vocal?

I want to remove the background music of a certain song and keep the
vocal in order for me to remix the song using JUST the vocal and
creating my own background music ...

If it is not possible to do so, then could you please tell me where to
get the multi-track version of a song where it is not mixed yet.

For example, I want to remix E.T by Katy Perry but I cannot find the
multi-track version of it, nor can I find proper software that will
remove the background music for me!

I have a question about a show that might have aired during the 90's or early 2000's?

Ok I wanted to know a name of a show, my sister told me it aired on
channel 49 and it was a show about babies who were monsters and caused
trouble. I think some of the characters had bat like wings on them. I

After Shaw intends Hendry, Azazel disappears with the officer; times later Hendry is in the Battle Room, advocating that the U.S. build atomic missiles in Turkey.
