I have a question about a show that might have aired during the 90's or early 2000's?

Ok I wanted to know a name of a show, my sister told me it aired on
channel 49 and it was a show about babies who were monsters and caused
trouble. I think some of the characters had bat like wings on them. I
know it wasn't Ahhh real monster or Muppet Babies and Monsters.
